I’m having the same issue. This started around 5 PM EST, using the Ohio region for the web service. I’ve tried clearing the build cache and manually deploying and nothing seems to be working.
I’ve tried restarting the service as well and this hasn’t fixed the issue.
I tried letting a single deploy sit for an hour and it’s still stuck at the same spot as yours. I’m not sure what to do to fix this.
