Auto scalling and YAML config

How can we configure render.yaml to support auto-scalling?

Hello Tracy,

Currently auto-scaling cannot be configured through render.yaml and must be manually setup through the dashboard. We expect to have autoscaling added to our yaml specification by the end of July 2021.
