Apt and scp not found

I want to download my remote file into my local machine but i cant use apt or scp command. how to do it?

yes, i already read it before, but i cant use it. because when i use scp command in dashboard shell, the scp not found in the shell.

Hi there,
scp would be used locally to connect to the service via SSH and not to connect out from the service itself - in this case, magic wormhole will probably work best to share the file from the service.
