Why can't reach my website despite the service being live

for the past few days I’ve been having issues with my website it won’t show up despite it showing it’s live and it started showing that the port on which it is deployed is not available so I changed the port in my docker file but its still deploy it on port 8080 and the website is still no reachable. what can I do?

Typically these kind of issues can be resolved by following our host and port configuration guide: https://docs.render.com/docs/web-services#host-and-port-configuration.

Another thing to check is to make sure the service is listening on IPv4, as we do not support IPv6.
