WebDAV response failure 405

I deployed a WebDAV server on the render, but when I connect with the WebDAV client, it reports an error response failure 405 and cannot connect, how can I fix it?

Sorry for the delay getting back to you.

I deployed a test WebDAV server to my own account, and received the same 405 responses. The extended HTTP methods WebDAV uses don’t appear to be supported on Render currently.

Please feel free to add a feature request to our feedback site, so we can gauge interest in adding support for this.
