Unable to start my service - no shell access

Not sure what happened - but it keeps using old build commands - not updating after build cache clearing, and updating it in the UI.

My shell is not loading. It keeps refreshing. My server events are saying the server failed.

How can I create a ticket with the team about specific account issues like this?
