This may be related to a recent infrastructure change. See if re-deploying the service solves the issue by clicking on “Manual Deploy” > “Deploy last commit”.
“This service is not ready to serve traffic. If you are the site owner, please check that your service is passing health checks.”
I redeployed the app. It worked some time but the issue reoccurred.
Do you have an idea what might have been the root cause of this? And how can we fix this?
We will investigate why this is happening but could you deploy one more time? How much time is your service until you see this error? Until it goes to ‘sleep’?
Hello, so I’ve got exactly the same issue. My service has been running for over 4 months no issues. 3 days ago i started getting this service is not ready to serve traffic, but there’s no error message.
I restarted it, deployed the latest commit, but still getting the same issue. The time the service is running before the issue starts, is about 3 hours but it’s not constant sometimes it varies.
For me i have exhausted my free build minutes, after which i experience the issue as complained about above, However, I couldn’t redeploy so I just keep hoping it would work and it just did few minutes ago.
I had suspended the site before since yesterday and then later few minutes ago unsuspend it and it works.
