Slow loading website and Server Unhealthy

Hi all,
I am trying to deploy a rails full-stack newsapp using postgresql as db. I am using the free tier plan. The issues I am having are :

  • The website loads very slowly. Is it because it’s a free tier? (deploying the app took more than 2 hours yesterday)
  • The images are not loading and the css styles are off.
  • Also, in the events section, there is Server Unhealthy
