I started setting up a personal site on Render separate from the team account we have for our company. The slack notifications for my personal site started sending to our company slack. I would like to separate the places that the slack notifications post to but it seems like I am unable to. Can I turn off slack notifications for a single service?
Good question. Your personal “account settings” should be distinct from your “team settings”, including Slack configuration. You can toggle between your personal context and team contexts from the profile dropdown in the upper right corner of the dashboard.
It’s not currently possible to turn off slack notifications for a single service. I encourage you to upvote this feature request for configurable slack notifications on the Render feedback page.
