Scaling with Sticky Sessions for Websocket Connections

Hi,

One of our main micro-services is pulling streamed data from openai and streaming this data to the front end via a websocket connection. I saw that there is a scaling option but was wondering if there was any support for scaling with websockets.

I had seen this:

But it’s been a while now and was thinking maybe there was support for this now.

It’s not yet really possible to scale websockets now, we don’t support sticky sessions. Please feel free to upvote this feedback item: https://feedback.render.com/features/p/sticky-session to give it more weight :slight_smile:
