SaaS hosted in render with connection issues (DNS?)

Hi!
I have a SaaS which is hosted in Render. My domain was bought in registro.br, cloudflare as nameserver.
Lately I had some customers complaining about not getting connection to the website. So I ask some people to try to connect. Some managed to connect, others didn’t, including me, giving me this feedback:

But sometimes I could connect by Google Chrome, (I was on Opera).
So I tried changing my DNS to 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 and it worked instantly.

I would like to know if it’s a true issue or if it was just a coincidence.
