Render stripping content

I have an API hosted with Render that works perfectly when I access the url myself, however the content is completely stripped when using it on RapidAPI and only empty lists are sent in the response.

RapidAPI support said it’s a common issue for Cloudflare hosting. I didn’t even know that hosting on Render, actually means on Cloudflare somehow?!.. What can I do here? Render support hasn’t answered me and I’m starting to consider looking for an alternative host.
