i have about 7 services hosted on render for some months now (free) we’ve been using them and upgrading them for development, now web are done with the development we started a testing pool of 20 persons max, now each service sedomly have issues, they return 429 error, sometimes persistent. i have been trying to debug for 2 days but it’s not from my end, but it just happens from your services because locally it doesn’t happen, what i want to know is, how do i fix this, if it’s by upgrading what exact plan should i upgrade to and where do i find the place to upgrade. also the server response time is also significantly slow, and it’s not spining up, because i checked that as well.
i don’t want to know all the plans, i have seen it as responses to people questions but its still confusing. i just want to know what i need to pay for to make this problem go away, how to make the payment, and where to make the payment, also why and what would the payment do. thanks in advance so sorry for any typo if encountered
