I’m getting error on Render disk and I cannot check how much space I’m using.
This error has been for a while and no fix from team whatsoever.
Is there any possible way to fix this error or maybe someone knows why it occurs?

I took a look at the account associated with your email address here, and was able to view the metrics for all of your services. If you’re still experiencing this, can you send me a link to the specific service you’re having trouble with?
My apologies—I was checking the CPU/memory metrics and not the disk metrics. I do see the issue you reported, and will get back to you when I have an answer.
