Possible to change runtimes from Node to Docker without losing disk

I am running flowise but on Node. It seems to be having issues on Node and was told to switch to docker. Is there a way to do this without losing my disk information? OR this is the error I am getting now, which used to be fine, and can’t seem to roll back.
