Ping: request timeout. Should I worry?

Hello everyone !

Last week we moved our servers to render We’re an ecommerce and don’t get why since the migration a lot of our users get “lost connexion” errors, resulting in much less purchases on the website.

When pinging our website (www[dot]what-matters[dot]fr)

PING aws-eu-central-1-1-proxy[dot]render[dot]com (3.121.120.0): 56 data bytes
Request timeout for icmp_seq 0
Request timeout for icmp_seq 1

same with what-matters[dot]fr

PING what-matters[dot]fr (216.24.57.1): 56 data bytes
Request timeout for icmp_seq 0
Request timeout for icmp_seq 1
...

Here are the two dns records I created, maybe something wrong here ?

www.what-matters.fr CNAME whatmatters-453q[dot]onrender[dot]com
what-matters.fr A 216.24.57.1

I’d be happy to give more information to get out from this nightmare, and am ready to look stupid if the answer is obvious :ok_hand:

have a good week end
Kevin
