I have some services deployed on free instances and the server shuts down after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Do I have to pay for each service? Or can I update my account and that applies to all my services?

The instance type needs to be selected for each individual service. There isn’t a single paid plan that covers all your services. You’ll need to choose a paid instance for each service based on your specific requirements
