One-click deploy of Discourse fails on discourse-web

I’ve tried a few times to deploy the discourse-web container, but it always fails with a timeout.

Deploy failed for [40097bd](https://github.com/render-examples/discourse/commit/40097bd046f9e35b4539c8b200bda968c27e535c): Merge pull request #4 from render-examples/upgrade-plan Upgrade plan "starter plus" -> "standard"

Hi there,

Do you have a license key for Maxmind? I believe this will make the asset complication fail, which runs when your service starts up.
