No datadog logs from logs stream in EU

I have set the endpoint to and the token as my datadog api key, as per Render docs. However, I don’t get anything on the datadog logs dashboard.


I would recommend that you open a support ticket through the “Contact Support” option in the dashboard for this issue to ensure that we do not compromise any information that may be necessary for troubleshooting, such as your token/key.

Please ensure that you have selected the appropriate region for your Datadog site (I can see that you have selected the EU endpoint) and that you are using a valid API key instead of an application key for example. We do send a “Render test log” message when the connection is established. If you are not seeing this message, there may be an issue with your config.
