My website went down and my account got banned?

My website suddenly went down after being up & running for 12 hours or so. When I try to log in to my dashboard using my GitHub account, it sends me to the email confirmation page and upon pressing complete sign in it says invalid email. No email was sent to me explaining what happened to my account and my website. Can anyone help?

and this is what it looked like, just this one page that queries to the DB to get AI generated poems.
