My nextjs app keeps spawning new internal addresses and yarn start is timing out

I have deployed a nextjs 13 app with node, and after building, the yarn start command keeps restarting until it times out. also new internal addresses showed up even-though i didn’t create them.

Please try setting the PORT environment variable to 10000.
