Has anyone run into this problem before? Could it be a hardware problem and I need to upgrade my plan?
Possibly a silly question, but is this happening every time or only every so often.
15 minutes between build and deploy is def long enough to trigger a time out.
Are there a lot of massive assets that need to be bundled up with the deploy, or anything else that would cause a very large file after the build is complete?

Can you share your Start Command? Something wrong in that can lead to stalled deploys.
