Move a disk from one service to another?

Hi,

I’m interested in making a web service with a disk attached into a private service. Since we can’t change service type, can I create a new private service then attach the disk to it? Thanks

There’s no native way to do that in Render—you’ll have to copy the files manually to a volume on the new service.It looks we don’t have a feature request for that yet. I encourage you to create one at https://feedback.render.com/features with your use case, since that will help us both prioritize the feature and design the right thing.
