How do I change url of a web service?

I want to change the url of my service but can’t find a way do it (I changed the name of the service but it had no effect on the url itself).

I’d like to avoid to delete and recreate the service, because I have a disk attached, and I’m not sure how can I copy disks between 2 Render apps.

Hi there,

We don’t provide a way to change the slug of a service - as you’ve found, you can change the name but that does not change the slug.

The best thing to do here is to use a custom domain here (https://render.com/docs/custom-domains)
