ISO 27001 certification (HDS compliance)

Many AWS services are ISO 27001 certified: https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/iso-certified/

Is Render’s PostgreSQL service based on an ISO 27001 certified AWS service? And if so, does this mean that the Render service is also ISO 27001 certified?
