Is there a chance of accidentally racking up charges by mistake?

I want to deploy my open-source Flask app on Render. I am planning to opt for the FREE tier. However, since I am not entering any payment details, is there a chance of accidentally racking up charges by mistake?

If you keep your service on the free instance types, you shouldn’t incur any additional charges. Free instances should spin down once you hit any of our imposed free limits: https://docs.render.com/docs/free#monthly-usage-limits.
