Hello again, Is there anybody who has experience with Django, celery, and how to create a script for an app and deploy it? I am not sure if it’s free.

Render support isn’t available for general code creation/advice. However, there may be some other community members out there that would be able to assist you.
We have basic guides on using Django & Celery on Render. As the Celery guide shows, that would need to use a Background Worker, which does not have a free instance type.
If you have a specific question related to Render, please feel free to elaborate in as much detail as possible, e.g. what you’re trying to achieve, what you’ve tried, details of service settings, any logs/error messages, reproduction steps, screenshots, etc. to show the problem you’re experiencing.
