When I check the logs, the app (web service) has started successfully but the app thinks its failed. I also cannot get to it through the public URL.
I’m not sure what causes it to decide if it failed, and whether that also could stop it being accessible from the outside, or whether the fact its unaccessible is the bigger clue to this and it is in fact failing for something I can’t see ?
