My 90-day free period is over, and the PostgreSQL database went down. Now I have a starter subscription, but I can’t connect to my database. It doesn’t accept the value of the DATABASE_URL. I don’t know what’s happening. I deployed again from GitHub with the same environment variables on Render, and the deployment continues to fail, while Render keeps charging the subscription.

Hi,

One thing to check is the service regions. To use the “Internal Database URL” both services need to be in the same account/team and region. docs
