Change from free to starter postgres not recognized on deploy

We have a render.yaml file that triggers a deploy and a staging database that is on the free tier. I updated the database type to starter today and i saw the staging web service deploy, but the db is still marked in the ui as on the ‘free’ tier. How do I synchronize my IaC changes?

As this is service specific, it’s probably best if you reach out directly - you can do that from the dashboard, in the top nav use the ‘Help’ link and select the service this is about,
