Getting internal server error

I have created API in fastpi,it works fine loccally with render postgres database,but in the render fastapi,project for some API it gives internal server error.and here also used the same postgres database

Now ,internal error solved ,but it takes some time to give the response ,and sometime got stuck

it is not fixed ,it takes random time everytime,and sometiome got stuck
