Getting 502 (after long loading) on a successful deployment

I have a node.js deployment, which shows a successful build and deployed. However, whenever I click on the link, it keeps on loading for around 10mins and then results in 502.
I am not sure why is this happening, and how to fix this as there is nothing in the logs.
Can someone please help me?

Hi there,

A couple initial things to consider when seeing a 502 error:

• Are you sure the deploy was fully complete before trying to load the service?
• Have you checked out our docs on host and port configuration? https://render.com/docs/web-services#host-and-port-configuration. Problems related to this often lead to 502 errors

Let us know if you’re still having an issue after reviewing both of those points.
