Live deployments failing with no error logs, 502 random errors, etc

I have every reason to believe that there is an issue with Render. For the last few hours, I have been getting timeouts from outgoing requests from my server that has been running well for some time. I also started getting 502 errors when I visit pages that were live seconds ago.

There are no error logs being displayed, and I’m confident the problem is not in the code since the same code has been working since.
