Hello,
I have a service failing and I tried to restore a disk. The restored disk is empty. I have tried different date’s disk backups and none of them was able to provide me the data back.
Could anyone please help on this?

This was a bug from the software.
I talked to the support and download the disk and fixed by manually attach the disk and software.
