Deploy successful but API calls not working

Hello,
I’m trying to deploy a backend server with NodeJS using render.com
My API calls are not working

When I land on my webservice URL
it says Cannot GET /
and a message in the console Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

the frontend is made with create react app and is hosted in a domain on hostinger.
