I couldn’t find it in UI or docs, so this might be a quick “no”, but is there a way of generating a Blueprint file based on the current setup?
I’ve read Add blueprint.yaml to existing project from 2022, and I appreciate it is fairly safe with regards to destructive actions, but would obviously love if a step zero would be to commit a render.yaml that matches exactly what was done with point-and-click setup.

It’s a “yes”!
From the service listing, if you check the checkbox on the left side, down at the bottom a panel appears with the option “Generate Blueprint” you’ll be presented with a starting point render.yaml based on the service settings, docs for reference at https://docs.render.com/infrastructure-as-code#generating-a-blueprint-from-existing-services
