Country-based redirects in static sites

Is there any way to make conditional redirects in a static site?
Specifically, based on request language and also country, similar to Netlify Redirect options | Netlify Docs

Redirecting unconditionally isn’t particularly useful for internationalisation.

This isn’t currently possible on Render, but please feel free to add it as a feature request on our feedback site to be reviewed by the team and other customers.

I can see some other redirect-related requests, but not specifically around language/country detection.
