Copying database file from render remote server to local path

Hello,

I am trying to copy my database file from the render server into my local file system. I am using SSH and the key type is: ed25519, but using scp command I get Permission denied (public key).

I Appreciate any help.

It may be hard to answer this in public forums as we might need service-specific details. Can you just SSH direct into the service?
