We are currently using Render.com as our hosting provider, which utilizes Cloudflare for security and performance. Unfortunately, this configuration is affecting our ability to access the Document API, although other APIs are functioning correctly.
It appears that Cloudflare may require a paid plan to adjust its settings appropriately. Could you please provide any assistance or guidance on how we might resolve this issue?
