Certificate Error - Unable to Issue Certificate

I recently purchased a domain via Namecheap and tried to host the webpage to Render. When I tried to add a custom domain, I got the following:

I spoke to Namecheap support and they mentioned that from what they can see the DNS is correctly set up on their side. Any idea what we can do to get this resolved? Our request is quite urgent, I have reached out to the contact email and didn’t get a reply.

I’m unsure if you rolled it back due to this error, but thread.dev’s DNS is not pointed to Render.
