Cannot resume suspended static site

I suspended a static site to test some DNS changes but can no longer resume the site. When I click the “Resume Static Site” button the dashboard appears to do something but the site continues to show up as being suspended.

When I check the event log, I see the “Resumed by you” message but it is typically followed by a “Suspended by you” and a “Service suspended” message. At no point does the site become available.

How can I get this site running again? Who can I escalate this issue to?
