Each time i start to deploy this error happens and no reason are logged to the logs.
I tried to manually deploy and to clear cache and it gets the same issue
I think we’re experiencing same issue and it might be caused by selecting Frankfurt region (at least this is what I was trying to too). I tried deploying the same repo with Frankfurt region and Ohio region and only the second one worked.
I’ve seen posts describing similar issue that happened a few months ago with Oregon region, for now switching to Ohio is the only solution that works for me, have you tried it?
