Account recreation - what is the implication?

Hi I messed up my payment method in my existing render and now I cannot add a payment method on file and need to wait for the next cycle.
I need to enter a payment method to upgrade my server…so am now worried I need to recreate everything.

Question 1:

  1. Is there no way to really resolve the payment method blockage?
  2. If I delete and recreate, will I be able to do so? (Same credentials / gmail integration)
