Access MongoDB from MongoDB compass

I have created a public MongoDB service using this repository. But when I try to open the database in MongoDB Compass, I get a timeout. Can someone please help me? I probably need to configure something else.

Hi valentingavran,

Render doesn’t support external connection to MongoDB hosted in Render.
Render only support external connection with http/https/websocket.

I have started using MongoDB Atlas. It is not too expensive in my opinion, as it offers many useful features in return.
