404 URL not found

Hello,

my app has been succesfully deployed. However when I try to acces my web service URL (https://gpt-poc-wequity.onrender.com), it returns me:

“404 Not Found, The requested URL was not found on the server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again.”

What can I do to solve this and try my app?
