403 Error w/ no Render logs

I have been trying to deploy the backend of my website through Render using Docker, and it can deploy successfully and give me a link but when I click the link it gives me a 403 error. I have tried doing this twice with the same website just different names in render. (same github repo) and both give me the error. Nothing pops up in my render logs and I havent changed the domain name i left it how Render initialized it. Have been waiting on a response from the “chat bot” for about 3 days. Need this for my resume and LinkedIn. Any help?
