I tried to do a manual sync, pressed “Approve” but no luck - just shows errors but no explanation as to why.

I looked into your service, and it looks like you were able to get a successful sync, which is great. I did check the failed sync, and see that it failed due to a missing environment group, which you likely already figured out.
I see that we are already tracking an issue to fix this bug (and it’s a really annoying one!), so I’ve added your example to it to hopefully bump it up in priority.
Please let me know if you need any more help with this.
