I want to use a free tier web service as a part of my bachelor thesis project, however, when I attempt to create one, even on the free tier, I am required to provide my credit card details. I do not want to incur any accidental charges on my card and I would rather have the web service suspended if I exceed the free tier limits. Is this possible?
