In the render documentation regarding the free plan it states that web services are available on the free plan. But when I try to create a web service it asks for my credit card information. It shows steps 2 and 3 but doesn’t show steps 4.
After clicking on the next button:

It directly takes me to “payment information required”:

I created a brand new account for individual use and connected my GitHub also with my account.
Tell me how to solve it.
Hi,
We sometimes require additional account verification, which is done with a payment card. This will attempt to hold a $1 USD authorization, which is immediately cancelled (if successful) - covered in the pricing FAQs.
Once verified with a payment method, free services are still available.
