I want to know what web server uses Render to deploy Static Sites, because I tried to search and read from docs this info but the only info available is that use a CDN. But, if I don’t go wrong, should there be a web server for the deploy process.

Static sites do get built on Renders servers. The resulting artifacts are then loaded into the CDN to be served when you visit your site.
Can you clarify your question? Maybe it would help if you describe the problem you are trying to solve.
